We realize that training and support are important to our customers.

Users typically are trained in several ways.

  • Using the program

Using the program is typically the best training of all.   We highly recommend that the agency starts with an actual set of plans.  A  small commercial or residence submittal might be ideal for the 1st review, however, we have had several agencies jump in with both feet on a large commercial project.
