We are offering FREE and unlimited usage of Spacedox for municipalities and agencies during the submittal review/site plan phase. This allows an applicant to send their site plans, preliminary building plans, etc. to the city for those early discussions prior to purchasing a permit. The muni/agency personnel has immediate access to view/and or markup/comment on the project documents.
Here is how we can afford to make this offer:
1. We will still charge the normal upload fees to the applicant.
2. We believe that once you get a "taste of Spacedox" and how the system can streamline your processes, you may decide that all of your city plan reviewers, inspectors, fire marshall, experts, etc. should have access to this system for all the plan review phase. We are willing to take that risk.
If you are having budget issues, please check out the grant opportunity by clicking on the "Agency Grant Application" icon in the right column. It is a private grant and easy to complete. We have been pretty generous with these grants due to the economy.
